We provide sourcing, quality control, and customs clearance and shipment. The details of each order, including product, quantity, price, payment and delivery terms, are set out in the quote or agreement we confirm with you.

4.Orders and payment

An order starts only after both sides confirm it in writing and any agreed payment is received. Quotes are valid for the period shown in them, and prices can change with supplier prices, exchange rates, freight costs and duties.

5.Inspection

We inspect goods against the checklist or standard you agree with us. Inspection lowers risk but does not guarantee that goods will be free of defects, and it does not replace the supplier warranty.

6.Customs, shipping and duties

You are responsible for the import licences, permits, duties and taxes required in the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, carriers, weather and other things outside our control.

7.Your responsibilities

Give us accurate and complete information. We may refuse or stop any order that involves illegal, restricted or sanctioned goods, or that we believe breaks the law.

The content of this website, including text, logo, design and images, belongs to Yeroo General or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Our website links to services such as WhatsApp and WeChat. They are run by other companies, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
